The signal is a Harmon cantilever that was installed by CSX in 2000. The damage in picture 5 was likely caused by the April 24, 2010 storms.
The front and side lights on the mast are 12x24 inch Harmon lights.

This signal has a Safetran gate mechanism.

Apparently I had forgotten the track views and a relay case shot here back in 2014. To the north is Main Street, to the south is Jackson Street.

A return trip to the crossing on 3-25-16 shows some minor changes to the crossing.
The first signal got a new gate.

It now also has some NEG incandescent gate lights.
The second signal also got a new gate.
Its gate lights are now NEG LED gate lights.

Another return trip on 10-12-19 shows that the bell-less signal has had its gate lights replaced with more NEG LED gate lights.

Yet another return trip on 12-9-20 catches the crossing in action! The WCH e-bell here was replaced with a WCH Type 4 electronic bell by this time.
