This equipment is located at the Historic Decatur Depot Museum, located within the recently-restored depot next to Vine Street #1 alongside a police station in the same building.

CSX and NS trains passing by on the NS Memphis District East End can be watched from a platform along this side of the station with a live scanner feed being played over some speakers.

IIRC, this back area is open to visitors during the day every day, though the inside of the station is only open certain hours when the volunteers are there at the current moment.
