The train was a local freight that had pulled into the crossing's detection zone, but not through the crossing itself. The crossing deactivated shortly afterwords.

A return trip to this crossing on 12-31-19 finds a few new things with it...

The first signal was relocated onto a new foundation closer to the tracks!

Meanwhile, the second signal had it's Safetran mechanical bell, which had begun to die, replaced with a General Signals Type 3 e-bell!

The second track here was removed! This was due to NS redoing Decatur Siding as part of NS upgrading the non-CTC sidings on the NS Memphis District East End to CTC.

The signal west of here is now CP 12th Street (and not CP 12th Avenue, strangely enough).

Another return trip to the crossing on 9-3-21 finds that the remaining NEG gate lights here were replaced with RECO gate lights. The remaining Safetran mechanical bell here was sadly starting to die as well.
