A return trip to the crossing on 11-17-16 shows a change to this crossing on the signal with the bell.

The FRA claims that this crossing gets a total of 27 trains a day, but this is a branch line, so I don't find that very believable. They also say that the crossing gets 4 daily switching trains, which is a lot more believable.
