This crossing has to be defunct because the tracks dead end in both directions. To the north of this crossing, Google maps satellite view clearly shows that this siding has been severed from the main line at the Indian School crossing.  On the other side, the tracks fade away to nothingness just a few blocks south and west of this crossing (there's a big pile of tires right on top of the tracks before the end!).  For all that, these signals are in pretty decent shape and show only a few signs of neglect.
