A camcorder shot of the crossing by my Grandfather taken July 20, 2002 facing South.

More views taken February 26, 2003. Pictures 2 and 3 face North. Picture 3 is the rear of picture 1.

During the time I lived in the Carson area, I saw the crossing active twice, which were both malfunctions. I never saw any trains use the crossing. One time back in the mid 1980s, the right rear mast light in picture 3 fell off. It was put back on shortly before I left for Wickenburg in early 1987.

Google Street View doesn't show much change to this crossing. Click to find out.

Note: The track condition is in fair to poor condition, although it's slightly better than the Santa Fe Ave. #1 crossing.
