...and then eventually shoves back down into the passing siding near this crossing to pick-up the rest of their train. Due to the switch being left open, the signals here remain active.

The western signal had its gate arm replaced and two of the gate lights were replaced with new RECO incandescent gate lights!

 

The eastern signal also got a new gate arm and had all of its gate lights replaced with NEG LEDs, but I didn't get any close-up photos of those.

Eventually, L810 pulls back into the crossing with the "foamer unit" leading a GP38-2 for power!

...and half an hour after the crossing first activated, the signals finally deactivate.
