This crossing is located on a connection between the former IC, now Bloomer Line, track running from Kempton to Colfax, and the TP&W mainline running from Logansport, IN, to East Peoria, IL.

Note:  the DOT is a guess.  It's the same DOT as Locust St. #1.  I believe they share the same DOT as I don't see anything on this crossing.
This connection is hardly used.  Satellite imagery did show a single car being interchanged back in May 2015, but I don't know how often this is done.
