This crossing is located on a new spur coming off of the UP Pequot Line.

This spur currently leads to an empty cornfield.  From what I've heard, UP built this track in anticipation of any company building a warehouse or other building here to be served by rail.  So far, nothing has come about and as of May 2015, no signs of any construction have been seen.

The signals themselves are rather odd for UP with 12"x20" frames and RSI LEDs.  This is the only installation of RSI LEDs I know of in this area.
Edit:  As of January 2016, no changes have been made.  The tracks still lead out into an empty cornfield.

Another edit:  In May 2017, Hoffman Transport has begun building a new warehouse in the space just west of this crossing, thus the crossing will finally be put to use.  There will be 20 new sidings and will be used for transloading services.  More details can be found in this article.
