This crossing is located on the UP Pequot Line.
|Photos from May
2008. Since then, the crossbucks were removed and the area around
the crossing has become a work zone for the nearby double tracking of
the UP Joliet Sub to the east.|

|The grade is all asphalt.
|The track to the south has been graded over for trucks to easily come in and out of the areas the new ties are sitting.

In 2017, crossbucks with yield signs
were put back in at this crossing since a new logistics center is being
built to the north along this line, which had been dormant since 2007. For some reason, the new
signs are incorrectly installed and have no DOT signs on them.
Plus they used a different kind of wood for the mast. The tracks have been receiving new ties as well.
