Photos from May 2008.  The main signals had 4" WCH incandescents and the side signal had 4" RECO LEDs at the time.

In late 2008 or 2009, the 4" WCH incandescents and 4" RECO LEDs were replaced with Aurora LEDs.
In 2012, the old concrete grade was resurfaced during the 110 mph track upgrade.
Sometime in 2014, blue DOT signs were added to the signals.

In mid 2016, a 2nd track was added and the crossing was completely overhauled.  The southern signal in the little island was removed and the side signal moved up closer to the tracks.  Parts of the old signals were reused, although they look very goofy now, and 2 extra signals were added making this a full quad gated installation.  The stop signs for the neighboring interestions going away from the crossing were removed.
