These very weird looking pedestrian signals are in action. There are 2 of these "signals" with 4" gate lights and one GS type 2 electronic bell as seen in the first 2 pictures.

About 2 minutes after the train crossed the tracks earlier (pictures 1-4), the signals start up again for no reason.
