This crossing is located on the UP Villa Grove Sub with CSX having trackage rights on it as well.
The cantilever appears to have been added at a later time. They reused the mast for the gate on the east side.
The lights were upgraded from incandescent to LED around 2009 or
2010. Also during the 2000s, the gate mechanisms were replaced
from WRRS to the current Safetran ones, and the old WCH mechanical bell
was replaced with a GS Type 2. Both gates also had 4" incanescent
lights and have been replaced with the current LED ones.

Between 2015 and 2020, new wayside signals were installed next to the crossing, and a new bungalow was installed along with them. At the same time, a 2nd GS Type 2 was added to the western signal. The western signal's gate was also replaced at some point, and both signals got new crossbucks and/or track signs.
