The lights on these signals were upgraded around 2008 or 2009.  The old gate mechanism on the southern signal was replaced around the same time I believe.
The newer concrete grade replaced an older one during the 110 mph track upgrade in 2012.

In mid 2016, this crossing was completely rehabilitated.  The roads were rerouted to form one crossing with Chippewa St. from the east curving into Prarire Ave. going north.  Chippewa St. from the west and Prairie Ave. from the south now intersect the curved road on either side of the crossing.  Brand new signals and a new relay bungalow were also installed.
