In 2012, the grade was resurfacd during the 110 mph track upgrade.
Around the same time, the gate holders were replaced.
At some point, the southern quad signal's gate got somewhat restriped.

These quad signals replaced an older gateless setup.  Jefferson St. used to go straight through the crossing, but now it curves and only Jackson St. crosses the tracks now.  The old gateless setup had a cantilever and a mast signal for each street and probably a Safetran or WCH mechanical bell for each street.
Originally, the quad signals had 4" WCH incandescent gate lights, but were replaced with Aurora LEDs around 2009.

In mid 2017, pedestrian gates were added to the crossing.  The main signals have not changed at all.

The southwestern pedestrian gate.  All 3 gates up to this point have a Siemens base, an Invensys Rail gate mechanisms, and a 4" RECO LED.

The northwestern pedestrian gate.  This also has a Siemens base and a 4" RECO LED, but a Siemens gate mechanism instead of Invensys.

Not long after the video below was taken, the southern quad signal's bell's speed was increased to the maximum and seems to be cutting in and out during the gates' descension and ascension, as seen in this video.
