This crossing is located on the CN Herscher Branch.

While I was here, the crossing activated unexpectedly, and I tried getting my video camera out to record it, but unfortunately it shut off before I could turn it on.  I tried waiting for a while afterwards, but it never reactivated.  The hybrid does work though.
