In April 2019, we see the only change that has occurred was the DOT signs being turned forward.  The US&S E Bell is still here despite being dead.  It is now 1 of upwards of only 5 left on the entire EJ&E system, although it's probably less than that.  I also included a picture of a passenger car move that is seen in the video below.  I had no idea it was even coming.
