The southern signal. Both signals have Harmon cantilevers and WCH gate masts. The cantilever lights are 12"x20" Safetran frames with Dialight Ball LEDs and the mast lights are FS frames also with Dialight LEDs. the E-Bells were both GS Type 2 E-Bells. This signal still had a WCH gate mechanism.

The northern signal. This signal had its WCH gate mechanism replaced in the early 2000s with a US&S Model 95 after the signal was moved closer to the mainline. Before, there used to be a side track on the north side of the crossing. Click here to see the old setup.

The southern pedestrian gate. This had a US&S base and US&S Model 95 gate mechanism with a 4" RECO LED. This was installed in the early 2000s and surprisingly didn't replace anything.

The northern pedestrian gate. This had a WRRS base and a WCH gate mechanism with no gate light. This was also installed in the early 2000s replacing a FS Company pedestrian gate. The WCH gate mechanism may have been the one off the old northern signal. Not sure why BNSF didn't go with a full US&S Model 95 setup.

We see work was underway to replace the signals here. As of May 8th, the new road gate masts and two of the pedestrian gates were at the ready. The road masts had crossbucks and DOT tags install already which made me wonder if the cantilevers were being removed.

On May 22nd, we see the foundations for the pedestrian gates were moved next to where they'd be installed at. By this point too, the other 2 pedestrian gates were seen sitting at the ready. I was surprised to see these had bells on them, meaning they were going to make this a 4 bell crossing.

On June 13th, we see all of the gates were lined up in a row waiting for install. Two lights were also installed on the road signal masts, indicating that cantilevers will be used with the new setup. I wasn't sure at this point if the old cantilevers were gonna be reused for if new ones were going to be installed.

The old signals were sitting next to the Amtrak station, and we see the new road signals still sitting waiting for install.

Around July 16th, BNSF replaced the gate masts and the old bungalow was removed, thus finishing the new setup. BNSF elected to keep the same cantilevers in place.

The old signals and relay bungalow were sitting off to the side next to the Amtrak station. You can also see the new crossbucks that were on the gate masts that were removed prior to install. Also, the new DOT tags that were on the gate masts were not used either. Very strange to see.
