By July 2019, several changes occurred here, including a newer signal replacing the old northern signal, but there's a story behind this one, which I'll explain below.

The southern signal had its crossbuck, track sign, and gate replaced, as well having the bottom half repainted.  The WCH E Bell has also started to go bad.

The "new" northern signal.  This is actually the previous northern signal from Woodlawn Rd. in Creston, which all new signals installed at it in 2018.  I'm not sure exactly when this signal was installed, but I imagine it was shortly after the signals at Woodlawn Rd. were replaced.  The lights are an anomaly.  They're not the ones from Woodlawn Rd., and they're also not the ones from the previous signal here.

In February 2021, we see a PTC antenna was added to the bungalow, which surprised me since UP still hasn't added PTC to other much newer bungalows on the Geneva Sub.

In April 2021, we see a PTC tower was on the ground waiting to be erected, which really surprised me since there's no wayside signals here and no other crossings have had this done.

Later in April, the southern signal was replaced. The replacement signal has a mixture of old and new parts and was the one seen standing by Brooklyn Rd. in Flagg for a while. The northern signal was unchanged.

The new southern signal. The light frames and junction are from an older signal, the gate was reused from the previous signal, and most other parts are fairly new.

The PTC tower was also erected by this point.
