It should be noted that an accident at this crossing was recorded here. It appears to not be on the FRA accident report, as no date corresponds to the video's recording (10/21/2010).

A return visit in April 2024 by Hopen111 shows the gate arms were replaced.
Another return visit in January 2025 by Hopen111 shows no other changes have occured to the signals.
