This crossing is located on the CSX District 1 Mainline.

These signals were rennovated in 2010 as part of the Downeaster expansion to Freeport and Brunswick. Before the upgrade they had Safetran 8" lights and 2 mechanical bells, one being Safetran and the other being WCH. These signals were installed around 1978, judging by the WRRS Type 2149A base on one of the pedestrian signals.

The pedestrian signals have the same equipment as the road signals, except that they each have a General Signals electronic bell on them.

Returning in August 2024 shows that one of the eastern pedestrian signals has for some reason recieved a FS gate mechanism. This is the second FS gate mechanism I've even seen in Maine, the other one being at Hampshire Street in Auburn.

Some stellar driving from these folks here. They ended up stopping on the tracks due to a traffic light.
