Here's a crossing with a total of four 8" signals all made by Safetran. There are a total of two Safetran mechanical bells, seen on the RACO cantilever and mast signal in pictures 1-2, and 5. Note the unusual sidelight bracket in picture 5.

Take a good look at the gate seen in picture 2. It's attached to the cantilever. The rear light right next to the gate is extended out a bit further back than normal.

Note an extra crossbuck installed the wrong way in picture 8. Why was this done?

Here are the new signals, with all WCH equipment except for the lights, which have 12"x20" frames from Safetran with Dialight ball LEDs.

Note in picture 16, the gated signal which replaced the RACO cantilever in picture 2 above. Also notice that the signal that was behind the cantilever in picture 2 was removed as well.

This one gateless signal was kept though.

A view of one of 2 WCH mechanical bells.
The brand new relay case.

I've also been told that the bell pattern has changed. The old Safetran mechanical bells used to ring from startup to when the gates fully lowered. This new setup has the bells ringing from startup to when the gates rise.
