In May 2015, we see the white DOT signs were replaced with blue ones.

In September 2016, we see the DOT signs were turned to face forward, and the grade was resurfaced.

NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE: Sir Fluent here. Since Tommy was last out here, a minor change was done to both signals.
