The grade is asphalt and rubber.

 Track view looking east towards Prairie Rd.  This train would head towards Toledo in a few hours by heading south, turning its train around, and heading west onto the Toledo District.

In November 2016, we see that blue DOT signs were added to the crossbucks, and the grade was resurfaced.

Between 2018 and 2022, the crossbucks were replaced with new Siemens signals.
