The northern signal.  Still not 100% sure whose gate lights these are, but my best educated guess is Progress.  The closest one to the gate mech is incandescent, and other two are LED.

The southern signal.  Also notice that both of the gates get smaller the farther out it goes.  Very odd to see on a newer installation.

In November 2016, we see the DOT signs were turned to face forward.

I managed to get an upclose look at the mystery gate lights.  The lenses say Trucklite on them, but that might just be who makes the lenses.  We're still not sure who makes the entire gate light.
