In November 2016, we see the DOT signs were turned to face forward and the grade was resurfaced.  A new relay bungalow was also installed for what you'll see in the pictures before.

NS is replacing the "old" wayside signal that was installed in 2010 with a newer one that has 2 heads for WB traffic for the Green Creek siding up ahead.  Why they are doing this, I have no idea, but it's very weird to see.
