This crossing is located on the Northern Ohio and Western Railway mainline running from Tiffin to Woodville.

The listed MP is 59.70, but is definitely wrong since the next crossing to the south is 57.25 and you can clearly see it from this crossing.  The 57.50 MP is my best guess.
