PUCO pictures from the late 90s or early 2000s showing a Conrail setup with 8" lights, WCH gate mechanisms, and a Safetran Hybrid Bell. By 2014, both gates were replaced, and the southern signal may have been remounted.

On September 25,
2014, it was discovered that the gate was replaced and now has 4" RECO
incandescents instead of NEGs. Nothing else has changed with the
crossing.

In June 2015, we
see the white DOT signs were replaced with new blue ones. Also
the gate lights on the southern signal were switched back to NEGs for
some reason.
In September 2015, the northern signal
was replaced entirely. The southern signal was not for some
reason. I don't know if NS has plans to replace it too, but for
now, it still protects the crossing.

In April 2023, we see the lights were upgraded to LED. Surprisingly, the Conrail signal is still in place, however it had its wind guard removed for some reason.
