This crossing is located on the northern track of the CSX Garrett Sub.  For some reason, the northern track crosses at grade and the southern track crosses overhead.  The 58 train count probably takes both tracks into consideration and the train count on the northern track is closer to 30.

Here's an extra signal located on the other side of the southern track's bridge.  This signal's gate lowers first and then the main two gates lower.
