This crossing is located on the north track of the CSX Mt. Victory Sub.

This crossing is actually underneath Prospect St. as this is technically like a ramp for that street to access the streets underneath.  The overpass was constructed sometime in the late 90s or early 2000s.

The northern signal.  This is the most normal one at this crossing.

The southern signal.  This has an odd looking cantilever like Oak St. #1, but it's on the opposite side of the road directly underneath the bridge.

In 2019, these signals were replaced with a new mast signal and new gated cantilever. Surpisingly, the pedestrian gates were removed without replacement.
