Between November 2024 and April 2025, both gates were replaced, surprisingly still with incandescent gate lights. Also, Norfolk Southern Railfan and I were both here on this day, but we didn't run into each other. I believe he was here before I arrived, and thankfully he managed to get a video of the update.

In the 1st video below, you'll see the bell was acting up, most likely due to the rain.  In the 2nd video, it was back to normal.
