This crossing is located on a connector between the NS Chicago Line and
the NS Toledo District. It was constructed around 1998, when NS
acquired its share of Conrail. The rail on connector shows 1998
date stamps.

In September 2016, we see the DOT signs
were turned to face forward, and the grade was resurfaced.
JUNE 2025 UPDATE: Sir Fluent here. Since Tommy
was last out here, a minor change was made to the crossing.

On 5-25-25, Nicholas Miles made a return
trip to this crossing and discovered both gate arms were replaced. The
northern signal now has RECO incandescents while the southern signal
has NEG incandescents.
