The main crossing is located on the NS Chicago Line while the connector links the Chicago Line and Sandusky District to the west. It is setup like a double crossing.

PUCO images from the late 90s or early 2000s showing two older gated signals with 8" lights, WCH or FS gate mechanisms, and no bells. In the late 2000s, these were replaced with newer Safetran signals. However, instead of 2 signals, NS opted to install 4 signals, with 2 of them being gateless installed between the Chicago Line and connector track.

On April 25, 2015, we see that the 4 white ENS signs were replaced by 2 new blues ones.  At first, the 2 mainline signals received the blue signs, while the connector signals retained their white signs, but turned them parallel to the road like the blue signs.  By this point, the white signs were removed and blue sign on the southern mainline signal was moved to the southern connector signal.  The gateless signals now have no signs.

In September 2016, we see the ENS signs were turned to face forward.  The grade on the connector track was resurfaced as well.

In August 2018, we see the northern mainline signal was replaced.  This is likely the result of an accident that happened here on February 4, 2018, as a WB train hit a car and likely destroyed the old signal.
