The northern signal. This had a WRRS base, 8" Safetran incandescents, 4" NEG incandescents, a rare FS gate mechanism, and a GS Type 2 E-Bell.

Between May 3, 2014, and June 27, 2014, the relay bungalow was repainted silver along with the other bungalows seen in picture 19 as well as most brown relay bungalows in the area.
The signals have not changed as of September 25, 2014.

A return visit on April 25, 2015, show that the white DOT signs were replaced with new blue ones.  The crossbucks were replaced as well.

In September 2016, we see the DOT signs were turned to face forward.  The gate on the southern signal was replaced as well.

In April 2023, we see the 8" lights were replaced with new LEDs, and the northern signal's gate was replaced. I'm surprised these signals are still going.

The northern signal's old gate was seen sitting off to the side.

In 2024 or 2025, NS replaced both signals here with brand new Siemens signals, marking the end of the Federal Signal gate mechanisms on the Chicago Line.

I found the old signals sitting in the signal yard on the west side of Sandusky. There were also a bunch of other new signals sitting there, though I don't know where these would go. I think one set would go to Graytown.
