In May 2016, we see the DOT signs were turned to face forward, and I included a better shot of the NEG LEDs.  Also, the new wayside signals seen in Picture 16 are STILL not active!

By summer 2017, new signals were installed and the new wayside signals were finally activated and had a few extra lights added to them.  The crossing is now back to being all incandescent.
