PUCO pictures from the late 90s or early 2000s showing a Conrail setup with 8" lights, WABCO Model 75 gate mechanisms, and likely a WCH Mechanical Bell. In the mid 2010s, these were replaced with new Siemens signals.

The northern signal. Both signals were mast signals with 12"x20" Safetran incandescents at this time.
Looking further east at a WB sitting at the crossovers just east of the crossing.
In mid 2017, the crossing received an
overhaul. The northern signal had its lights upgraded to LED and
the southern signal had a cantilever added to it, and the mast signal
was moved onto a new base.
This is the first crossing on the NS Chicago Line in Ohio to receive a full set of LED lights.
