The flasher relay (EOR) operates on 9 to 12vdc. The signal bulbs say 9vdc on them in the signals that I have that retain the original bulbs. In a relay case, a 110ac charger keeps a bank of batteries charged, and those are used to power the detection and flasher relays, atleast in older applications...
