I've noticed whenever browsing that you cannot sometimes see the date, anyone else experiencing this or is it just me. A railroad crossing light cannot flash without a flasher. If you don't have one, then just have it light solid if you need to test and see if it works.

I'm talking about the traffic signal with the aspect for the red man (over here we call them red/green man because thats how pedestrian signals look like) that is open, and no worker has decided to rectify the problem. Without mentioning it...how are we supposed to know what to look for? :Confused:
