A friend of mine sent me a few pictures of that once. Both bells and all of the 8 inch lights are WRRS, IIRC.
They/Them for me, please.

Personally, I'd say that crossing looked better before the LED upgrade: :Tongue1:

Here's a nice classic crossing.

Here's another old looking crossing, but one of the signals looks to have been a replacement for a damaged one.

Another old looking crossing, one of the signals is leaning after a possible vehicle strike.

What? Anyone know why one side of the crossing is gated, while the other isn't?

Buckeye crossbuck!

Ah, the CSX Dothan Sub. All kinds of cool old equipment, especially from the ACL, but sadly gets very few regular trains, if any, outside of locals to the various shortlines branching off of it. And it's on the other end of the state from me so I won't be able to go down there and photograph it (unless I convince my parents to let me stop at several crossings along the line along the way back up from Florida next summer). I believe the one-gated crossing is that way due to space issues on the one side. Ain't the only one in the state like that either...

Also...

Oops. Would be nice to see all those crossings on the site, hopefully you can get them next time you're in the area. (Though you're a few hours drive from them) Anyways...

Active crossing in Miami, Florida, this image is from 2011. This crossing is now a 4 track crossing and quad-gated.
