Looks like those signals have both cast-iron crossbucks, inverted 2 tracks signs, and the remains of some GRS Semaphore gate mechs on them! I have to wonder if the line is out of service due to the state of those gate mechs...

A US&S/WABCO Model 75 gate mech. The SCL and SBD appear to have been big users of them (at least for a little bit in the SBD's case).
Looked like a Safetran Model 95 or whatever you called it, it looked similar compared to the usual WABCO gate mechs.
