Looks like the lights were upgraded since the photos for the site were taken:

Oddly enough, the new lights appear to be older Federal Signal or WCH 12x20s? :Confused:

Just a thought... but since that is a passenger van I wonder if she is there helping with a crew change? Which could explain why the train is stopped? There is someone from the train crew walking here:
