Yea, looks like CSX was restoring service to the line based on the 2013 view. Looks like when they upgraded this crossing, they kept the WRRS pedestral gate and a WRRS signal on the left, the only strange thing was that a Safetran mechanical bell was added, instead of a Safetran type 3.
