Yea, looks like CSX was restoring service to the line based on the 2013 view. Also, check-out what NS had back in 2013! :cool:

Looks like when they upgraded this crossing, they kept the WRRS pedestral gate and a WRRS signal on the left, the only strange thing was that a Safetran mechanical bell was added, instead of a Safetran type 3.

AFAIK, that overpass didn't exist until a good couple of years ago, It could've been this crossing, though i am not certain.
