This is one weird railroad crossing in Hull, Five barriers on a main road, where are pedestrian gates when you need them? :Confused:

It was caught in action before the gates lowered when the Google Car decided to turn right than rather wait for the train!

I counted six gates/barriers there. And here's one starting to descend:

That building blocking the view made me not notice that other barrier.

Speaking of Pedestrian Gates, here is one in Bicester North, for some reason. Somebody said on RailUK that the crossing itself is defunct when it doesn't look to be.

Looks to be rusting along the edges of the individual panels that make up the walls of the relay case. It also appears that the railroad used some kind of sealing foam spray to patch the spots where it had rusted through or was about to.
