Go one step over and the crossing can be seen in action too:

I can do you one better... go back to 2007 and both gates at the crossing are invisible. https://www.google.com/maps/@41.499933, ... o4CS7w!2e0

I'm sure their signalmen would love it. Those gates are hit and broken by vehicles frequently.

Anyone know about this? https://www.google.com/maps/@41.499753, ... sdNJWg!2e0 Appears to be a pedestrian walk signal, but there are no regular traffic lights at this intersection. Appears to be one on the opposite corner as well?

Could have a "no left turn" indication or a tram/train indication. 16 inch pedestrian signal housings like that one can have all kinds of lenses in them.
They/Them for me, please.

This one in the town where I work covers three lanes. One of the few gates you see anymore that has a prop near the end. This crossing made a cameo appearance in the 1988 film Midnight Run.
