Not really a crossing there though.
I was gonna include it anyway since i was slightly fascinated by it. I guess it may be for maintenance vehicles for the port...

University Avenue/Campus Drive in Madison, WI (scene at 1:16). The stand-alone crossing signals (cantilevers and masts) weren't always there. When I was a kid, just the flashing traffic lights (incandescent at the time) and mechanical bells on poles, along with crossbucks on the traffic light masts (gone now per recent Street View) warned of trains.

Again NO that traffic light is not for the crossing...it's because there's an intersection there.
