i found that the fulton st. crossing in grand rapids mi as traffic lights mounted on the cantilever but this is not a franken signal i'm geussing they didn't want to install traffic lights so they installed them on the cantilever

very lucky to live two-three blocks away from three teardrop bells. one of which i see at least once a week!
