Yes, there are several others.
This one is Ocoee FL used to have lights https://www.google.com/maps/@28.5694682 ... 312!8i6656, but was downgraded due to decreased train traffic. There is only one customer on the line beyond the crossing, but they might not be using rail service anymore. Rails look rusty on top.
There are a couple in Chattanooga TN that had their lights removed. The suspected reason is that the streets were converted from one way to two way, and they didn't want to spend the money to reconfigure the signals. The line is still active. https://www.google.com/maps/@35.0387627 ... 312!8i6656
