Railroad crossing signal restoratiom

Goodmorning everyone! I purchased this california railroad signal this summer! Back in Italy I realized that the led board is burnt out .. I would like to make it work .. advice on how to fix it or where to find one the same? thank you all

You could upload them to a photo hosting website such as Flickr and post them here.

I reduce the photo from 3.5 megabyte to 500 kilobyte but it is also too large..🤣 how is possible?
Can I send you with WhatsApp or instagram?

I'd just say post it on Instagram or a photo hosting website (such as Flickr and Imgur, as mentioned above) and linking them here.
