Personal opinion: every signal on display should be in working order and have some switch so people can see them in action (unless they don't work)

I KNOW I've posted this here before. Pair of gateless 8" signals without visors, non-MUTCD compliant crossbucks, and a yellow Safetran DC Loud Tone mechanical bell painted yellow and installed incorrectly. Found at the Miniature World Family Fun Center in Birch Bay, WA
