Passive Crossbucks And Signals at Same Crossing

I've seen several instances of this before, but nothing like this. At a two-lane highway rural crossing, there are two mast signals, but there are also two crossbucks that are located quite far from the highway. This is just strange, and is located on AR 160 south of Hermitage, AR.
